Experienced Automotive Service Technician

Full time, no weekends or evenings
​Pay: Up to $70,000

You’ll love coming to work at Harrell & Beverly if you have the capacity to do the following things:

  • Have fun!
     

  • Diagnose customer concerns, perform approved repairs and scheduled maintenance using our shop management system (SMS) and digital vehicle inspection (DVI) system.
     

  • ​​Perform all work to industry accepted best practices including procedures defined by the automobile manufacturer; operate shop equipment per the instructions in the owner’s manual.
     

  • Explain findings, recommendations, and other notes in a precise and concise manner.
     

  • Achieve a production rate (billed versus available hours) of at least 75 percent and meet or exceed team sales goals and individual performance goals.
     

  • When applicable, communicate with customers via phone, email, text, or in person in a friendly, professional and helpful manner.
     

  • Participate in continuing education and acquiring and/or maintaining professional certifications so that product and technical knowledge are always up to date; always be learning.
     

  • Assist with opening and closing each day, and keeping the shop clean and organized.
