Pay: $60,000 - $80,000+

Diagnose customer concerns, perform approved repairs and scheduled maintenance using our shop management system (SMS) and digital vehicle inspection (DVI) system.

Perform all work to industry accepted best practices including procedures defined by the automobile manufacturer; operate shop equipment per the instructions in the owner’s manual.

Explain findings, recommendations, and other notes in a precise and concise manner.

Achieve a production rate (billed versus available hours) of at least 75 percent and meet or exceed team sales goals and individual performance goals.

When applicable, communicate with customers via phone, email, text, or in person in a friendly, professional and helpful manner.

Participate in continuing education and acquiring and/or maintaining professional certifications so that product and technical knowledge are always up to date; always be learning.

Assist with opening and closing each day, and keeping the shop clean and organized.
